La farce de la réforme “Caprice de Sarkozy” : Pour financer l'arrêt de la pub sur France Télévisions il faudrait taxer les ordinateurs !
La farce de cette réforme « caprice de Sarkozy » n’a pas fini de nous surprendre… Voilà que deux sénateurs proposent d’augmenter la redevance et de l’élargir à toute personne possédant un ordinateur ! Ah la belle affaire que la suppression de la pub sur France Télévisions… Réclamée par personne, sauf bien sûr par les chaînes de télé privées, elle ne cesse de traîner en longueur tant elle est jugée inutile par tous les acteurs sérieux et non « aux ordres du Palais ».
Voilà un nouvel épisode à rajouter … Paru ce matin dans le quotidien La Tribune :
« Il apparaît que la redevance doit constituer l’outil de financement majeur de France Télévisions », estiment les deux sénateurs, Claude Belot (UMP) et Catherine Morin-Desailly (UC), auteurs d’un rapport remis publiquement ce mercredi et portant sur les comptes du groupe audiovisuel public.
Or, la suppression partielle de la publicité à partir de 20 heures décidée dans le cadre de la réforme de l’audiovisuel a été compensée par une taxe imposée aux groupes de télécommunication. Taxe que conteste Bruxelles. Par conséquent, « Continuer à financer la réforme par ces moyens (les taxes, NDLR) ne paraît pas très prudent », estiment les auteurs du rapport.
Aussi suggèrent-ils, d’élargir l’assiette de la redevance à l’ensemble des ordinateurs et aux résidences secondaires et ce dès 2012, date prévue pour la suppression totale de la publicité. Une disposition qui permettrait, d’après leurs estimations, de récupérer 220 millions d’euros. Le rapport plaide également en faveur de la fin du parrainage, « forme détournée de publicité et qu’il nuit fortement à la visibilité de la suppression de la publicité traditionnelle ».
